TOGETHER WITH a triangular piece of land over that portion of said Book 1922, at Page 700, and lying northeasterly of the fOllowing described line: ,Beginning at a point on the south side of said 66 foot wide strip, said point being Station 80+29 and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence deflecting 450 southeasterly from said south side to a point on the east line of said Book 1922, at Page 700, said point being the POINT OF TERMINUS. ALSO TOGETHER WITH that portion of land (if any) lying within said 66 foot strip descrlbed as follows: Bounded on the west by the east line of the following two (2) deeds: ~ Blair X-Ray Manufacturing Inc., recorded January 25, 1977 in Book 2954, at Page 332 and Roberts Consulting Company, recorded May 8, 1985 in Reception No. 85043169, and on the east by the west line of deed to Jefferson County, recorded (date unknown) in Book 742, at Page 556, all in Jefferson County Records. STATEMENT OF SURVEY I, John S. Lambert, a registered land surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby state that Exhibit A was prepared for the City of Wheat Ridge, 7500 w. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033, by me and on behalf of Sellards & Grigg, Inc., 143 Union Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado, 80228. I further state that the centerline of the 66 foot wide strip was field located under my direct supervision and checking during 1984 from the use of Plat Book A, Pages 14 and 15, Jefferson County Records. The affected parcel(s) were determined from a records search performed at the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office located at 1700 Arapahoe, Golden, Colorado. It is from those instruments of record as identified in Exhibit A that their overlap (if any) with said 66 foot wide strip is to be acquired from use of this instrument. No land survey of the individual parcel(s) were performed or intended to imply any direct or indirect representation to a monumented Land Surveyor Plat as defined under subsections (1 through 5, 7, 8 and 9) of Section 38-51-100.3, C.R.S. 1973 (1979 Supp.). IMPORTANT NOTE: The instrument recorded in Plat Book ~S , at Page 2~ ,/Reception NO.~03&/q2Jefferson County Records is to be made a part of this Exhibit A as if written on the face hereof.
