'j T SLOPE EASEMENT THIS SLOPE EASEMENT granted this 24th day of June, 1988, by Waugaman Associates, Inc., a Colorado corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") and the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, a Colorado home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter refp.rred to as "Grantee"). / ./~ WITNESSETH: 1. Specifically, Grantor shall erect no structure, remove no eart~, or make no other improvement upon said property granted hereby without the prior written permission of Grantee, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld if the requested use may be made without impairing the purpose for which this Slope Easement is granted or the structural integrity of the roadway being constructed pursuant hereto. 4. Grantor specifically acknowledges and agrees that good and adequate consideration has been received for the conveyance of the Slope Easement granted hereby. 5.
