PERMANENT EASEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dale M. Arden, 12025 W. 32nd
Ave., Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, here-
inafter called the "grantors" for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consider-
ation to him in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter
called "City", does hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and across the follow-
ing described premises to-wit:
The South 3 feet of a tract of land in the NE 1/4 of Section
29 T3S R69W of the 6th P.M., which is described under Recep-
tion Number 86004680 of Jefferson County Records, as shown
on attached Exhibit "A" which is made a part of this
description.
For the purpose of a public sidewalk.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that he has
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that he has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
