KNO\'J ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ernestine Williams, 11100
West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado of Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twelve and 50/100 Dollars
($112.50) and other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by
the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby
give and grant unto said City, PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASE-
MENT on, along, over and across the following described premises
to-wit:

Parcel 4.113 Rev 1; which parcel contains 56,153 square
feet, more or less.
Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part of this description.
For the purpose of construction of channel improvements and
relocation of sanitary sewers.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition. This
easement shall expire upon completion of the project.
