KNOW ALL MEN BY TnESE PRESENTS, that LINDA JEAN CARTER, whose address
is 4604 Hank Avenue, Austin, State of Texas, 78745, hereinafter called
the "grantor" for and in consideration of the Rum of
TEN AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to

"City", does hereby give and grant to slIid City PERMANENT EASEMENT on,
along, over and across the following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the SE 1/4 of Section 24,

Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, state
of Colorado, described as follows:

The South seven (7) feet of that parcel described in the
official records of the County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, at Reception Numher 89055998. TOGETHER WITH:
a par~el described as: Commencing at a point which is 52
feet North and 30 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 24 which is the true
Point of Beginning; thence, South along said West line of
the above described parcel to the Point of Tangency of the
corner arc having a radius of 15 feet; thence, along said
arc to the Point of Tangency of said arc with the south
property line; thence East along the South Line of the
parcel described at said reception number to a point which
is fifty-two (52) feet East of the West line and 30 feet
north of the south line of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
24; thence Northwesterly to the true Point of Beginning.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of
sidewalks, traffic signs, and ~tilities.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
