KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DAVID PAUL CAPRA whose
address is 3010 Jay street, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, J )
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in -
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to him in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv", do hereby give and grant
to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:
An easement being the south 6.00 feet of the west
one half of the west one half of Block 1, except the
west 10.00 feet thereof, Henderson's Subdivision,
according to the recorded plat thereof, situated in the
Northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec-
tion 25, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth
principal Meridian, Jefferson County, Colorado.
See Exhibit "B" attached.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
storm drainage system.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said easement contains 930 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 3010 Jay Street, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that he has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that he has good and lawful
right to grant this easement.
