88 PAGE 15 AND RECEPTION NUMBER 86051870 OF THE OFFICIAL
RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO AND
FURTHER DESCRIBED AS THAT PORTION OF LOTS 1, 2, 4, 5, AND
6 OF SAID SUBDIVISION LYING, BEING, AND SITUATE IN A
CIRCLE WHOSE CENTER IS THE CENTER OF THE CUL-DE-SAC, AS
SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, AND WHOSE RADIUS
IS 50 FEET.
