KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that STEVEN C. BELL and MARIA M. BELL, whose

valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby
give ami grant to said CIty PERMANENT 1':ASEMENT on, along. over and across the following described
premises to-wit.

PrinCipal MeridIan, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as.
THE EAST 5 FEET OF THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 14 OF HALE SUBDIVISION EXCEPT
ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING, STTUA TE, OR BEING IN ANY EXISTING EASEMENT
For the purpose of IN5T ALLA TION AND MAINTENANCE OF A STORM SEWER SYSTEM
Subject to the following terms and conditions. The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantors from
and agaInst any suit, claim, attorney'S fees, loss or damage, including personalmjury or loss of life,
which may occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of said storm sewer system
by and/or for the City on the property subject to this easement.
Said tract contains 325 square feet more or less.
