PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert S. Mattox and Lorene M, Mattox, whose address
is 4515 Robb Street, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantors"
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10 00) and other valuable consideration to them in
hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant to said City
PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the N W '4 of Section 21, Township 3 South, Rangt: 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section 21, said point being a distance of 1320 feet south
of the Northwest corner of said Section 21 Thence Easterly along the north line of a parcel of land
which is described in Book 1868 at Page 673 in the official records of the said County of Jefferson a
distance of 590 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Thence continuing Easterly along the said north line
a distance of 50 feet. Thence northerly along the east line of a parcel of land described at reception
number F063084 of the official records of the said County of Jefferson a distance of 20 feet. Thence
westerly a distance of 50 feet. Thence southerly a distance of 20 feet to the True point of beginning.
For the exclusive purpose of Construction and maintenance of a storm inlet and pipe.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantors from and
against any suit, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, including personal injury or loss of life, which
may occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of said storm inlet and pipe by and/or
for the City on the property subject to this easement.
Said tract contains 1,000 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as. 4515 Robb Street. Wheat Ridge, 80033
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the City that they have good title to the aforedescribed premises. and
that they have good and lawful right to grant this easement.
