and poli ic of the State of Colorado, Petitioner, commenced an
action in the District Court in and for Jefferson County, State
of Colorado, being civil Action No. 7"':)- C: v 12- 5u, Courtroom 1,
in that Court, against the fOllowing-described Respondents, to-
wit:
SECOND CONVENIENCE STORES PROPERTIES CORP., a Delaware
corporation;
THE LONG TERM CREDIT BANK OF JAPAN LTD.;
HELEN PHILLIPS as Public Trustee of the County of Jefferson; and
ROBERT BAMMERLIN, in his official capacity as Treasurer of
Jefferson Co~~ty, Colorado,
The said action is an eminent domain action brought by
the Petitioner to condemn real property, improvements and
appurtenances thereon which may be owned of record by said
Respondents in Jefferson County, state of Colorado, said lands
and appurtenances affected thereby being more particularly
described as follows:
A PERMANENT EASEMENT OVER A TRACT OF LAND
LYING IN THE SW % OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 3
SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, STATE OF
COLORADO DESCRIBED AS:
MUR\53027\127225 1
THE EAST 3 FEET OF THE NORTH 16 FEET OF SOUTH
26 FEET AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THAT PARCEL
OF LAND DESCRIBED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF
THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO AT
RECEPTION NUMBER 87042652. TOGETHER WITH THE
PORTION OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED PARCEL LYING
SOUTHWEST OF A LINE RUNNING FROM THE P.C. TO
THE P.T. OF THE CURVE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF SAID PARCEL.
