KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that James P. Hornberger and Doris L. Hornberger, whose
address is 5509 W. 26th Ave., Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the

and agamst any SUIt, claim, attomey's fees, loss or damage, mcluding personal injUry or loss of life,
which may occur as a result of negligent constructIOn or mamtenance of said drainage facility by
and/or for the City on the property subject to this easement.
