TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS
ORDINANCE- NO. 42 BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH ADDING A
FUNCTION TO THE OFFICE OF CITY CLERK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Addition.
The Organization and Functions Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 42 of the City of Wheat Ridge, is hereby amended by the
addition of the following subsection to Section 3, Office of
the City Clerk:
Section 3.
"16. Providing administrative support and
acting as central point of contact for the Parks
and Recreation Commission in the recreational area,
duties to include scheduling the use of Parks
facilities when specifically delegated to the City
Clerk, and the registration of individuals for all
recreational programs in behalf of the Commission
and supporting organizations, when specifically
delegated."
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall became effective thirty (30)
days after publication. following final passage.
Section 3. Except as expressly amended herein, all
of the terms and provisions of Ordinance No. 42, as amended,
shall remain in full force and effect.
