ORDINANCE NO. 115
Series of 1972
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 42 BY THE DELETION
AND REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 57.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:
Section 1.
Ordinance No. 57 relating to an additional function to
the office of the City Clerk is_ hereby repealed.
Section 2.
Except as expressly amended herein, all the terms and
provisions of Ordinance No. 42 as amended shall remain in full
force and effect. _
Section 3.
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force 30 days after publication following final passage.
