TITLE: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A -CERTArff WALHWAY-LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF 'WHEAT
G : .E. VACATING A CERTAIN DESCRIBED WALKWAY LYING IN THE NORTHEAST_ONE QUARTER
(NE/4) OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 3-SOUTH RANGE fig WEST OF THE SIXTH (6th)-,PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN. -
WHEREAS,- bya plat recorded in Book 30 at Page 15 of the Jefferson County
:cords, a certain walkway was dedicated to the public; and
WHEREAS, the following described walkway is no longer necessary f=-uEE4 by
the public; and
WHEREAS, said walkway is within the City limits of the City of Wheat Ridge;
and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission has approved the vacation of
said walkway.
BE IT-ORDASNED BY THE CITY _COUNM' .OE_THE CITY OF WHEAT°RIDLE, COLS 5
RADG, THAT:
Section 1. The following described walkway in the City of Wheat Ridge
Colorado, be vacated, to wit:
Tract C, Applewood Ridge.
And the same is hereby approved and the described walkway is hereby vacated;
provided, however, said vacation 'shall be subject to the following conditions and
reservations:
There is reserved to the City of-Wheat Ridge and to utility owners the con-,
tinued_use and right to construct-, operate, and maintain sewer, power; water;`
telephone, and electric and gas lines in said vacated walkway.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take..effect-and be in force
thirty (30) days-after-publication following final passage.
