ORDINANCE NO. 127
Series of 1973
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING MOTOR DRIVEN VEHICLES ON PRIVATE
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Any person who rides a motorcycle, trail bike,
minibike, dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep, or other motor driven
vehicle on any vacant lot, vacant property or acreage within the
City of Wheat Ridge and disturbs the peace and quiet of any neighbor-
hood or person, by noise, dust, smoke or fumes caused by such vehicle
shall be guilty of a misdeameanor.
Section 2. Every person convicted of a violation of this
Ordinance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred
dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety days (90),
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after publication following final passage.
