ORDINANCE NO. 149
Series of 1974
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 138 ESTABLISHING
1974 AND SUBSEQUENT POSITIONS FOR THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE A
PAY SCALE FOR THESE POSITIONS, AND PROVISIONS FOR PART-TIME,
TEMPORARY, OVERTIME AND SPECIAL PAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The following shall be added to Section 10,
Longevity. Employee longevity qualification shall be retro-
active to include those employees who have completed their
fourth year in the employ of the City prior to the effective
date of this Ordinance.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become
effective thirty (30) days after publication following final
passage.
