ORDINANCE NO. 241
Series of 1977
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE 231
SERIES OF 19779 BY STRIKING STEP B FROM PAY GRADE
30 AND STEP B FROM PAY GRADE 32.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Section One of Ordinance No. 231, Series of 1977,
be amended by striking the words "Step all from pay grades
30 and 32.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be retro-
active to January 1, 1977. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately after publication following final
passage providing it shall have been passed by an affirmative
vote of three-fourths (3/4) of the members of the City Council.
Otherwise, said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after publication following final passage.
INTRODUCED, READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on first reading
by a vote of 4 to 2 this 20th day of June, 1977.
READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED an second and final reading
by a vote of 4 to 1 , this 11th day of July ,
1977.
