ORDINANCE NO. 339
Series of 1979
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE ADDING ADDITIONAL JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 305, SERIES OF 1978, SECTION I.
MERIT AND CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance 305, Series of 1978, is hereby amended by adding
the following pay grades, classification titles and nay ranges:
Pay Grade Classification Title Pay Range
7 Building Custodian $569-$740
14 Data Entry Clerk $677-$880
29 Sales Tax Auditor $982-$1276
29 Data Systems Programmer $982-$1276
Section 2. All remaining pay grades, classification titles and pay
grades within Ordinance 305, Series of 1978, shall remain unchanged
in full force and effect.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect 1
day after publication following final passage.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 6 to
0 on this 18th day of June , 1979; ordered Dublished in
full in the Wheat Ridge Sentinel and Public Hearing and consideration
on final passage set for July 9 , 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at
Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by
a vote of 5 to 1 , this 9th day of July , 1979•
