TITLE: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A MAP CORRECTION FROM RESIDENTIAL
ONE A (R-1A) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (PRD) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 4242 JELLISON, CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Upon application of the City of Wheat Ridge for approval of a map correc-
tio Whinn heat Ridge Case No. WZ-78-59D and upon recom)endation for approval from the
Wheat Ridge Planning Commission and pursuant to findings made based upon testimony
and evidence presented at public hearing before the Wheat Ridge City Council, Wheat
Ridge zoning maps are hereby amended to exclude from the Residential-One A (R-lA)
zone district and include within the Planned Residential Development zone district
the following described land:
A parcel of land in the S6%A4 of Section 22, T3S, R69W of the 6th P.M.,
Jefferson County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the west 1/4 corner of Section 22, T3S, R69W thence easterly
along the centerline of Section 22, 638.00 feet; thence south 2123120" east
158.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing south 2123'20" east
225.00 feet; thence south 84018125" E, 227.48 feet; thence N 00 10'40" W,
250.00 feet; thence S 89025'55" West, 235.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning, containing 1.256 acres together with all water and ditch rights used in
conjunction with and appurtenant to said property.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after final publication.
INTRODUCED, READ, AMID ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 6 to 0 on this
9th day of July , 1979; ordered published in full in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Wheat Ridge, and Public Hearing and consideration on
final passage set for July 30 , 1979, at 7:30o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers, 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Public Hearing reset for April 21 , 1980. (By Council vote 8-0 3/24/80)
READ, ADOPTED, AMID ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by a vote of
8 to 0 , this 21st day of April 1980
