TITLE: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A MAP CORRECTION FROM
RESTDEWPIAL-ONE C (R-1C) To RESIDENTIAL-THREE (R-3) FOR PROP-
ERTY LOCATED AT 4784 CARR STREET, CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COUNTY
OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Upon application of the City of Wheat Ridge for approval of map cor-
rection in Wheat Ridge Case No. WZ-78-57D and upon recommendation for approval
from the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission and pursuant to findings made based
upon testimony and evidence presented at public hearing before the Wheat Ridge
CityCouncil, Wheat Ridge Zoning maps are hereby amended to exclude from the
Residential-one C (R-1C) zone district and to include within the Residential-
three (R-3) zone district the following described land:
Lot 3 Williams Subdivision
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after final publication.
IgIRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 6 to 0 on this
9th day of July , 1979: ordered published in full in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Wheat Ridge, and Public Hearing and consid-
eration on final passage set for July 30, , 1979, at 7:30 o'clock
P.M., at Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Public Hearing reset for April 21 , 1980. (By Council vote 8-0 3/24/80)
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISFi-on second and final reading by a vote of
8 to 0 this 21st day of April 11980.
