RESOLUTION NO. 17
Series of 1969
A RESOLUTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
NO FUND WARRANTS NOT TO EXCEED A
TOTAL OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
($25,000) DOLLARS, SUCH WARRANTS
TO BE REDEEHABLE AT THE FIRST
WE3TLAND NATIONAL BANK.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge is desirous of issuing No
Fund Warrants not to e.cceed T,'ienty-Five Thousand ($25,000) Dollars, and;
W1IEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, has no funds to
cover said warrants, and;
WHEREAS, The First 'Westland National Bank is agreeable to the
redemption of these No Fund Warrants issued by the City of Wheat Ridge
to a total of Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000) Dollars, and;
WHEREAS, The First Westland ~ational Bank considers such
redemption of No Fund warrants as a loan of such total sum redeemed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The City of Whe,3.t Ridge is hereby authorized through its
Treasurer to issue No Fund Warrants, totaling not more than Twenty-Five
Thousand ($25,000) Dollars, such warrants to be redeemable at the First
Westland National ~ank. This Resolution shall supercede Resolution #1
previously passed by the City Council.
