RESOLUTION NO. 98
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $20,000.00 (Twenty
Thousand Dollars) of invested funds from Majestic Savings
and Loan Association and return said funds to the City
General Fund.
