RESOLUTION NO. 144
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is deemBd necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $19,000.00
(NinetBen Thousand and No/lOO Dollars) of invBsted funds
from Majestic Savings and Loan Association and return said
funds to the City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED THIS 14th day of October
