RESOLUTION NO. 219
Series of 1973
BE IT RESOLVED, That Walter Grande Jr. be appointed
Director of the Wheat Ridge Civil Defense Agency established by
Resolution adopted March 29, 1973; that appointee be hereby
authorized and directed to act in accordance with the provisions of
the establishing Resolution; and that the appointment become
effective on March 29, 1973 conditioned upon acceptance of the
appointment and execution of the loyalty oath requred by the
Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950 (Public Law 920) as amended.
