RESOLUTION NO. 255
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to transfer $100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars) from a matured Cer-
tificate of Deposit to the City General Fund.
