RESOLUTION NO. 332
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 321, Series of 1974, was typed,
introduced, adopted bV City Council, filed with the Division of
Local Government and published one time in the Wheat Ridge Sentinel
as required bV law, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 321, Series of 1974, contained an
error, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge will receive additional
revenue in the form of Federal Revenue Sharing, Surplus Carryover,
and interest earnings on investment of Revenue Sharing Funds, and
WHEREAS, the receipt of these funds could not reasonably
have been foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1974 Revenue
Sharing Budget bV the City, and
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists regarding the budgeting
and appropriation of this money;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 321,
Series of 1974, is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total revenue and expenditures
for the Revenue Sharing Fund be set at $214,338.00 and that the following
account changes in the revised budget for 1974 be adopted:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nothing in this resolution shall
be construed to change any General Fund appropriation enacted bV this
Council, and a certified copy of this Resolution be filed with the
Division of Local Government and be published one time in the Wheat
Ridge Sentinel as required bV law.
