WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to ~eturn invested
funds to the Revenue Sharing Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to t~ansfer $100,000,00 (One Hund~ed Thousand
and no/100 Dollars) f~om a matured Certificate of Deposit
to the Revenue Sharing Fund,
DONE AND RESOLVED this 29th
