Series of 1975
TITLE: A RESOLUTIor~ CONCERNING THE ACQUISITION OF OPEN SPACE LAND
IN THE GENERAL VICINITY OF WEST 46 AVENUE AND ROBS STREET
AND RESCINDING SECTION 4. OF RESOLUTION NO. 400, SERIeS OF
1975 ANf, RESCINDING A MOTION PASSED BY CITY COUNCIL DN MAY 22, 1975.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wheat Ridge has
determined that the acquisition of property in the general vicinity
of West 45 Avenue and Robb Street for Open Space purposes is
in the publi c in teres t; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 400, series of 1975, Section 4.
refers to this land at a specific price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty COIJncil of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, that.
1. The City Council hereby rescinds Resolution ,"0. 400,
Sereis of 1975, Section 4. adopted by this City Council on June 16th,
1975.
2. The City Council hereby rescinds a Motion adopted by
this City Council on May 22nd, 1975 approving purchase of this
land at a certain price.
3. This City Council hereby declares its intent to purchase
Lots 16 and 19, Fruitdale Valley Resubdivision (adjacent to the Historical
Sod House site) at a price not to exceed $19,500.00 from its attributable
share of the Jefferson County Open Space funds.
