WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public road
purposes, and
WHEREAS, said propertv is now used for public road purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
~ity of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, does hereby accept the following
described real property for public road purposes:
The westerly ten (10) feet of plot numbered four (4)
Nicholas Gardens being in the SW ~ of the SE ~ of
Section 17, T 3 S, R 69 W, locally known and numbered
as 4840 Van Gordon Street, Jefferson County, :olorado
