RESOLUTION NO. 460

WHEREAS, Georqe Maxev Rav
applied to the City of Wheat Ridge, Coloraco, for issuence of a
Class G 3-wav hotel & Restaurant liquor license, and
WHER~AS, a public hearing was held on said application, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Wheat Riega, Colorado, has
approved the issuance of a Class G 3-wav hotel & rest. liquor license
for the premises commonly known as Old Timer Inn
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said approval was made by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on the 15th day of February
19~, and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Georqe Maxev Rav
has failed to complete the necessary statutory requirements prior to
issuance of the applied for Class G 3-way hotel & rest. liquor license,
and
WHEREAS, a period of more than one year has elapsed since t~e
application was approved by the City Council of the City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, applicant, George Maxey Ray
has failed, without good cause, to commence construction of the
facility as was proposed by applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Chapter 12,
Article 46, Section 106(b) C.R.S. of 1973, as amended, the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, acting as the local
licensing agency, does hereby revoke the approval of the Class
G 3-way hotel & rest. liquor license as applied for by
Georqe Maxev Rav and concerning 1-70 & Kipling at the
(Address)
