TITLE: RESOLUTION TO REINVEST FUNDS OF THE SALES TAX IMPROVEMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the
City Sales Tax Improvement Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be
authorized to purchase a $500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand and
No/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Majestic Savings & Loan
Association
to bear interest at the rate of
10.123~~
per annum for a period of ninety-one (91) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 23rd day of July, A.D., 1979, by a
