TITLE: RESOLUTION N1ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 742, AN INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND INDUCEMENT PESOLUTION, DATED
OCTOBER 19, 1981, FOR FIRST BANK OF ~HEAT RIDGE, N.A.
~mEREAS, the City of vfueat Ridge adopted Resolution 742,
an Industrial Development Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution for
First Bank of Wheat Ridge, N.A., on October 19, 1981; and
\\~EREAS, City Council wishes to amend said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty of v7hea t Ridge, Colorado:
Section 1. Resolution 742 shall be a~ended to be effective
for a period of 2 years from the date of adoption. All other
particulars shall remain the same.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 26th day of October, 1981.
