RESOLUTION NO. 811
Series of 1982
TITLE: CORRECTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR ON CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 742, SERIES OF 1981, SO THAT ALL REFERENCES TO THE TIME
PERIOD OF THE INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL REVENUE
BOND ON THE WADSWORTH TOWN CENTER BE FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 742, Series of 1981,
approving an inducement resolution for the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge for a
facility in the Wadsworth Town Center on October 12, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed that this inducement resolution
be effective for two years from the date of its adoption; and
WHEREAS, this intent was shown correctly in Section 8 but admini-
stratively Section 5 was not changed from a one year to a two year time
when the Resolution was published; and
WHEREAS, the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge requests that this administra-
tive error be corrected;
NOW, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Wheat Ridge City Council does
approve the following:
1. Section 5 of Resolution 742 be changed to read in the second line
"two years" instead of the current language which states "one year".
DONE AND RESOLVED this 11th day of October, A.D. 1982.
