TITLE:
EXTENDING AND READOPTING THE INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION FOR
THE EAGLE LAND COMPANY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS ON THE PROPERTY IN
THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF 44TH AVENUE AND WADSWORTH
BLVD. ON THE WADSWORTH TOWN CENTER FOR A PERIOD OF TWO
ADDITIONAL YEARS, WHICH WILL END ON OCTOBER 12, 1984.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 740, Series of
1981, approving an inducement resolution for the Eagle Land
Company for a facility in the Wadsworth Town Center on October
12, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fred Merat has requested that this inducement
resolution be extended for two additional years; and
WHEREAS, development on this property is a key element in
funding tax increment projects within the Wadsworth Town Center;
NOW, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City of Wheat Ridge
does approve the following:
1. The action in Resolution 740, Series of 1981, be
extended and readopted for two additional years so that the
inducement resolution for industrial development revenue bonds on
the Eagle Land Company property shall be effective through
October 12, 1984.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 8th day of November, A.D. 1982.
