TITLE: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1983
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the fiscal
year 1983 has been adopted through Resolution No. 813 on October 11,
1983: and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Cit\T Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge to amend the 1983 Annual Budget to increase the Capital
Improvement Fund Revenues to an amended tot~l of $3,641,000 by
creating Account Number 31-580-583 with the amount of $60,000 included;
and
WHEREAS, it is also the desir8 of the City Council of the city
of Wheat Ridge to increase the capital Improvement Fund expenditures
to an amended total of $3,641,000 tv increasing Account Number 31-303-842
to $160,000; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 313, Series of 1982, shall be amended
to show a total budget for all funds of $12,724,275;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A. The city of Wheat Ridge total Budget for the 1983 fiscal
year be amended as provided for in this resolution.
B. The State Division of Local Government be notified of said
amendment as required by State statute.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 28th day of March, 1983.
