TITLE: RESOLUTION URGING THE URBAN SYSTEMS CO~MITTEE AND DRCOG
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO APPROVE THE FUNDING OF A FEDERAL AID
URBAN SYSTEMS APPLICATION OF A PROJECT ON 44TH AVENUE BETWEEN
WARD ROAD AND TABOR STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has submitted a project
application under the Federal Aid Urban Systems program; and
WHEREAS, this application is for correction of serlOUS
problems existing on 44th Avenue between Ward Road and Tabor Street
in the City of Wheat Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the city's project application has been recommended
as the number 2 priority project in Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridae has requested assistance
under the Federal Aid Urban Systems program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
city of Wheat Ridqe, that the Urban Systems Committee and the
DRCOG Board of Directors recognize the importance of this project
and approve the funding as requested in the project application.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 26th day of March, 1984.
