TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FROM CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE'S ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE OF THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE FUND FOR PARKS AND OPEN SPACE
DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, The City of Wheat Ridge has expended
Capital Improvement Funds for the development of the Richards-
Hart Estate, Wheat Ridge Park, Wheat Ridge Historic Park,
Prospect Park, Greenbelt Trail and Wheat Ridge Senior Center as
construction projects in 1984,
WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on
November 4, 1980 to allow expenditures for the construction and
maintenance of parks and open space,
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge approved the
construction projects at Richards-Hart Estate, Wheat Ridge Park,
Wheat Ridge Historic Park, Prospect Park, Greenbelt Trail and
Wheat Ridge Senior Center as a Capital Improvement project during
1984,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Wheat
Ridge that the Jefferson County Open Space officials process the
request for reimbursement for the development of Richards-Hart
Estate, Wheat Ridge Park, Wheat Ridge Historic Park, Prospect
Park, Greenbelt Trail and Wheat Ridge Senior Center.
