TITLE:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE APPLICATION
FOR THE 1991 JOINT VENTURE/CRANT PROJECT TO JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE - CONSTRUCTION OF PROSPECT LAKE SHORE
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHU,EAS, the voter. s of Jef fer son County voted on
November 4, 1980 to allow for maintenance and development of Open
Space lands and property; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Open Space has instituted
a Joint Venture/Grant Project program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has par k improvement
project needs that are beyond our means; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has the opportunity to
enter in to a Joint Venture/Grant Project with Jefferson County
Open Space for joint funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City apply for a 1991 Joint Venture/Grant Project
for the copstruction of :lmprovemen ts tQ, Prospect I"Qk~,_shore in
