TITLE:
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and city Clerk
to sign the Joint Use/Development Agreement for the
Wheat Ridge Middle School between the City of Wheat
Ridge and the Jefferson County R-1 School District
for the development of site improvements associated
with the new Wheat Ridge Middle School Development
Project.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County R-1 School District is
constructing new site improvements to the Wheat Ridge Middle School
property including two base/softball fields and play fieldsi and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge desires to participate
in the development be providing a lighting system for the two ball
fields, bleachers, outfield fencing, covered dugouts, and an
outside access mens and womens toilet facilitYi and
WHEREAS, the City will fund these improvements including
design fees at a cost not to exceed $125,000 from the Conservation
Trust Fundi and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sign the Joint Use/Development Agreement for the Wheat Ridge Middle
School.
DONE AND RESOLVED on this 13th day of September
1993.
