RESOLUTION NO 1593

TITLE
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSERVATION EASEMENT AND
ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF WETLANDS MITIGATION
WHEREAS, Coors Brewing Company is the owner of certain real property
located within the City, which property is presently leased to the City for public park uses
(hereinafter, the" Property"), and
WHEREAS, Chesrown Auto Group, Inc desires to make certain improvements
to the Property in order to satisfy the requirements for issuance of a permit under Section 404
of the Clean Water Act, in connection with development proposed elsewhere by Chesrown,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge will benefit from the proposed
Improvements to the Property, and
WHEREAS, In order to procure the improvements to the Property, it is necessary
that a Conservation Easement be imposed upon the Property and the obligations Imposed by
such easement be assumed by Chesrown Auto Group, Inc
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wheat Ridge City Council, that the
Mayor IS hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, the following Instruments

Conservation Easement between Coors Brewing Company, as Grantor,
and the City of Wheat Ridge, as Grantee
.
Assumption Agreement among Coors Brewing Company, Chesrown
Auto Group, Inc , and the City of Wheat Ridge
