RESOLUTION NO. 11-2003

TITLE:
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING AND REPLACING RESOLUTION
NO. 1633, SERIES 1997, AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF
DEPUTY CITY TREASURERS.
BE IT RESOLVED that PatrIck L. Goff: AdmInlstratlve Services Director, or
Jack A Hurst, ChIef of Police, CIty of Wheat RIdge, are authOrIzed In the name of the
CIty of Wheat RIdge, to collect, and assign all checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable
or non-negotiable Instruments payable to thIs City, or In whIch this City has an interest,
and to draw, sIgn and del1ver, In the name of this City, checks or drafts against the funds
of thIs City on deposIt In the FIrst Bank of Wheat Ridge;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carryIng out thIs
resolution that PatrIck L. Goff or Jack A. Hurst mentioned aforesaId be and are appoInted
as Deputy Treasurers for the City of Wheat RIdge m the absence of the City Treasurer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authOrIty of the aforeSaId Deputy
Treasurers to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the foregoing ResolutIOn
shall be m etTect from July 14,2003;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this ResolutIOn rcscinds and replaces
prevIous Resolution No l633, Series 1997 authOrIZIng appointment of Deputy City
Treasurers and shall remaIn In effect untIl notIce of termInatIOn of such authOrIty shall be
served m wrItmg upon the First Bank of Wheat RIdge, Whea RIdge, Colorado
