Item lU Council Bill 263 - An Ordinance arue~ding A~pendix A of the
Code of Laws of tile City of hheat Kidge by adding thereto
Section 27 (K) Overlay Zone, wllich provides for creation of an
Overlay Zone relating to all areas designated as "Multiple Use
Areas" and "Activity Centers" on the Comprehensive Development
Plan of the City of ~heat &idge, ana specifically authorizing
the City Council to lin,it uses within said Nultiple Use Areas
and Activity Centers
Mr Hayes explained Items 10 ana 11, and asked that Item 11 be tabled
until after second reading Item 11 could come back at the same time as
seconD reading
Council Bill 263 was introduced by Mr Johnson on first reading, title
read by Clerk, Motion by Mr Johnson that Council Bill 263 be approved
on first reading, ordered published, public hearing be set for Monday,
