services for the Quail Squaze project. She will assume her duties after the tenth unit is
closed which should happen on December 20, 2002:
• A 12-unit property has become available for sale at 36"' and Eaton. Housing Authority
members will tour this property some time in January. It was suggested that the Quail
Squaze construction manager also be invited to go on the tour.
• There was a consensus to have a meeting in January to analyze all aspects of the Quail
Square project to determine what worked, what could be improved, etc. This would be
helpful in future projects.
■ Alan White reported that the rental unit at the Richards Hart estate is vacant.
