The Animal Control Commission reviewed the existing requirements at their September 23rd
and October 21st meetings. Attached is a memorandum from Susan Ellis, Code Enforcement
Officer, to the Animal Control Commission outlining some of the issues.
Prior to scheduling a working session with Planning Commission, the City Manager requested
Staff discuss process with Planning Commission, Based on this conversation, Staff has

would facilitate the process or make the process easier.
