Attached is a memorandum from Susan Ellis, Code Enforcement Officer, to the Animal Control Commission outlining some of the issues. Prior to scheduling a working session with Planning Commission, the City Manager requested Staff discuss process with Planning Commission, Based on this conversation, Staff has conc u e at t e ollowing items need to be addressed: 'It" I are 7 Tam Which City staff should attend?
