The existing accessory structures located on Lot 1 may remain in their current locations until redevelopment. U���� It was moved by Commissioner McMILLIN and seconded by Commissioner McNAMEE that Case No. MS-02-07, a request for approval of a Final Plat on property located at 5130 Parfet Street, be - approved for the following reasons: requirements of the City's Subdivision Regulations have been met. 2. All required utility easements are being provided. 3. Adequate infrastructure will be constructed with the development to serve the proposed use. 8. OLD BUSINESS There was no old business to come before the Commission. Council adopted an ordinance in 2003 to permit quasi- governmental agencies to make such application prior to ownership and without landowner consent. I move to recommend approval of Case No. ZOA 04-03, an ordinance amending Section 26-103 of the Wheat Ridge Code • Laws concerning the submittal of applications subject to the site development review process." Fire district and water district projects are examples. In consideration of these circumstances, the language was proposed to include "governmental and quasi-governmental" agencies. 1.
