January 20 ana encouraged all of them to attend
Phil Edwards moved that Council reconsiuer their vote on the Street
Maintenance ~aterial bid #89-02-6 He has a conflict of interest with
one of the supplIers In looking through this he didn't catch the name
of one of the supfjliers on there and he cetinitely has conflict of
interest and woulo like Couricil to reconsicer the vote and he will
abstain to vote, seconded by Nr FIasco, carried 7-0
