As I stated in our conversation yesterday, my main objective is to insure that all work is performed by your firm is permitted, inspected and compliant and that no more incidents of this nature occur in the future. I appreciate your efforts to rectify these issues. I have formulated and attached the correction lists for each of the three properties. We are conducting the plan reviews this morning for all three of the permit applications and the permits should be available for pick up after 12:00 p.m. today. Although I have provided the lists, work should not be conducted until the permits have been obtained.
