The final plant with all corrections was submitted in August 2007 and has been being held for the signatures of both you and Ben Davenport since that time. These signatures must be received before the final plat can be recorded at the County. To date, the land use application has been stagnant for a period of over one year. Typically, after a stagnant period of 90 days a land use application is withdrawn, and the process is abandoned. Since the application has been inactive for over one year and this being the second notice of inactivity, the City of Wheat Ridge considers the case closed as of October 8, 2008. The Lot Line Adjustment "process" has been stopped and the City fees have been forfeited as a result of the inactivity on this application. The mylar with final plat will be held for you at the City of Wheat Ridge Community Development Office and can be picked up at your convenience between the hours of Sam and 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you wish to pursue this request further, the City will require that a new application be filed with all other required documents and fees to be submitted.
