All items listed above would constitute this structure as a substandard building as defined in the Uniform Housing Code, 1994 Edition. We would like to request the opportunity to do an inspection of these addresses to substantiate the tenants concems and determine if there are violations to the Uniform Housing Code that need to be corrected. Please contact our office no later than Sentember 21,1998 to set up a time for us to meet and perform an inspection at the above referenced addresses. The City of Wheat Ridge strives forvoluntary compliance regarding these types ofissues and would greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter in order to avoid further enforcement action.
