One year Labor Warranty covers roof only and is limited to roof leaks and replacement of missing shingles, but does not include repair or reimbursement for ice damming or water damage to the interior of the property. Contractor is not responsible for mold or mildew, damage to concrete or driveways. This type of permit is ONLY being processed online --do not come to City Hall to submit an application in person. Permits are processed and issued in the order they are received.
